Image capture issues when Zoom percentage set to anything other than 100%

Having the DPI set to anything except 100% could cause issues with scenario recording and playback. Here we will go through the steps necessary to set the DPI to 100% for Windows 7, 8, and 10 as well as Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016.

Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2

1. Right click on the desktop and select Screen Resolution

2. Click on Make Texts and other items larger or smaller

3. Select Smaller -100% (default) option then click on Apply button
