How to fix "This version of Citrix Receiver does not support selected encryption" error when launching an application via Citrix ICA connection in rUserManager?

Problem

When launching a Citrix XenApp application or trying to connect to Citrix XenDesktop inside a user session in rUserManager the following error might occur: 
Citrix Receiver Error: "This version of Citrix Receiver does not support selected encryption. Please contact your administrator."

Solution

Follow the steps below to increase the timeout of the Citrix Receiver by adding the following key:

On 32-bit Windows:
Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client
Name: VdLoadUnLoadTimeOut
Type: REG_DWORD
Data: Any value in seconds (Decimal)

On 64-bit Windows:
Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432node\Citrix\ICA Client
Name: VdLoadUnLoadTimeOut
Type: REG_DWORD
Data: Any value in seconds (Decimal)  (i.e 10) 

Tip: If 10 seconds doesn't work, please try to increase the value of the timeout. (i.e. 20 or 30 seconds)

Note: Registry key values are typically listed in decimal format, unless specified otherwise.
