How to install ScenarioStation using the command line?

Installing ScenarioStations using Command Prompt

Before beginning to install ScenarioStations through the Command Prompt place the SStationSetup.exe file in a public location, such as the C:\ drive.

Place the ScenarioStation license file (sslicense.lic) in a public location too.

Log in as user that will be used as a ScenarioStation. Launch the Command Prompt

Once the Command Prompt is open, change the directory using the command:

cd c:\

Then press <Enter>

Note: The part of the command that are in RED will vary according to your set up

In this case it refers to the location of the SStationSetup.exe file

Launch the SStationSetup.exe, this will be launched in the background using the command:

SStationSetup.exe /VERYSILENT /BASE=10.0.0.41 /PORT= 8888 /LICENSEFOLDER=" C:\Program Files (x86)\NrgGlobal\ScenarioStation\license"

Then press <Enter>

Note: The parts of the command that are in RED will vary according to your set up

/BASE= refers to the IP of the location of the AppsWatch Base

/PORT= refers to the port being used to communicate with the AppsWatch Base

/LICENSEFOLDER= refers to the location where the ScenarioStation license file is placed

Once these steps are complete, open the users Documents folder there should be a folder named NRGGlobal.

Open the ScenarioStation folder within NRGGlobal folder and launch the Sstation.exe file.
