The load test starts running but nothing happens. The test scenario does not start playing.
If your test scenario does not start playing, the first thing to check is whether or not the VStation is running. If the process is not running, start it. Remember the VStation process should be run for each rUser.
Once you start the process, the status of each user/session will be changed as .
If the VStation is running for all rUsers and the test scenario still does not start, make sure scenarios exist in the Controller and the Injector scenariostore folder.
"...\NrgGlobal or Automai\AppLoader\apps\scenariostore"
"...\NrgGlobal or Automai\Injector\scenariostore"
Note: Sometimes the scenarios folder are created but they are empty. Make sure all the XML files, images, and csv files exist in the scenarios folder.
If the scenarios do not exist in the scenariostore folder, you need to send them to the Controller/Injector. Check these two troubleshooting guides:
- Sending Test Scenarios from ScenarioBuilder to the Controller
- Sending Test scenarios from the Controller to the Injector
Once you are done with sending the scenarios, try running the load test again.
If your problem still isn't fixed, report the problem.
